What is the G-spot?

The term is associated with Ernst Gräfenberg’s writing on sexual sensation in 1950. Women differ in where and how they experience pleasure. The existence of a distinct anatomical “G-spot” and the benefit of targeting it with injections remain debated.

What does augmentation involve?

The procedure described by the practice involves an injection intended to increase tissue volume, using local anesthesia. Ask the doctor about the exact product, its intended use, expected duration, risks and alternatives before making a decision.

There is insufficient high-quality evidence to promise improved arousal, sensitivity or orgasm. Immediate benefit, a pain-free experience or a specific time to resume intercourse cannot be guaranteed.
